Refund Policy
Drop-In Poker is free to play. This policy explains how PokerWorks Ltd handles refund requests for optional paid membership features.
Free play and optional paid features
Drop-In Poker uses play chips only. Play chips have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are not purchased as a cash-equivalent balance.
Optional paid membership, when offered, is for identity, continuity, status, cosmetic, or other non-wagering perks. It does not buy real-money gameplay, prizes, deposits, withdrawals, or chip redemption.
When refunds are available
If you were charged incorrectly, cannot access a paid membership you purchased, or believe a payment was unauthorized, contact support as soon as possible with the checkout email and transaction reference.
We review refund requests case by case. Where a refund is approved, the payment provider processes it back to the original payment method where supported.
Membership cancellations
You may cancel a recurring membership for future billing. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past membership periods that were already provided.
If a billing error or service-access problem affected the current period, include that detail in your refund request so we can review it properly.
