Gameplay and table access
If the live table does not load, refresh the page and check whether the site status page reports an incident.
If every seat is full, join the waitlist and wait for the next seat offer.
Account and membership help
Magic-link sign-in is optional for basic play. Use it when you want account continuity, identity recovery, membership, or future progress features.
For membership billing issues, include the email address used for checkout and a short description of the issue.
